Please be aware that business days are seven days a week, except for some official holidays and public holidays are holidays for all shipping personnel

We deliver your orders through the company's fleet, and other delivery companies or individuals may be called upon at peak times to confirm your service and deliver your orders in a timely manner to you.

Our delivery method is delivery on the same day or on another day, depending on your geographical area, with the option for you to choose the appropriate time for delivery at any time during the day, week, or even during the month.

You can subscribe to deliver your selected products periodically (daily, weekly, or monthly).

The commodity must be ordered at least four hours before the time to be acquired in order for the delivery team to be able to provide the commodity with consideration given to the order time (not to be late) and working times   In addition, there are commodities that need more than this time to process and may reach one or several days, depending on the nature of the product

In the event of urgent requests, please contact customer service and we will do our best to assist you

You may be required to sign a copy of the invoice to confirm that you have received the products as indicated on the invoice. The request will be delivered to the address registered in the order, and the signature of any person present at this address will be considered as your receipt of the order

In the event that we reach the registered address and no one is present at this address, please contact customer service to determine another time for delivery and the company will not be responsible for any request that passes the 3 days from the first date of delivery of the order. Note that in the event that you are not available at the agreed time of delivery for twice, additional fees will be charged for delivery after that.

Delivery fee is 10,000 Iraqi dinars for ordering inside the city of Basra

We provide daily delivery service except Friday and public holidays in Iraq

Purchase orders from inside Basra after 2 pm, some of which are delayed until the next day.


Important information about delivery

 The applicant is required to sign his receipt of procurement document

  We guarantee the safety of the order from theft and damage the moment it leaves the store until the moment of delivery. Our company is considered   Not responsible for the product after signing the receipt document

Adding fees to the cost of shipping the order if the place of delivery is located in a remote area

If you wish to cancel and replace your order, please go to the return policy page and follow the steps listed there

Please note that if your order has already been submitted and you wish to cancel it, you must wait for it to reach you and then proceed with the return procedures
